As of April 15, 2010, we have removed online access to our legacy background reports. Reports can still be returned via US mail, facsimile or secured email. For secured email, you will need to have access to the program WinZip, as the file will be sent in an encrypted zip file.
Contact us if you have questions or need a copy of an old report. As always, we maintain past reports for at least six years.
In October 2009, the Applicant Information companies upgrades our background screening system. This change required us shutting down online access to the legacy system to ensure data security.
