First, we at Applicant Information would like to thank all of our clients for a wonderful 2018. This has been an exciting year of growth and development for Applicant Information, specifically with our new Pulse Tracking System! Working side-by-side with our clients, we have updated and upgraded our proprietary platform since March, when we first launched. The response by our clients has been overwhelmingly enthusiastic as they are delighted with the ease of scheduling, 24/7 access to drug tests, and ability to electronically schedule tests – all in one easy-to-use platform! Specifically, we have a few major areas that we’d like to share with you.
Noticing faster turn-around times on your drug tests? We are excited to announce a marked improvement between time of collection and the delivery of end results in the Pulse Tracking System since we launched earlier this year. Specifically, negative results are reporting 23% faster, down three-and-a-half hours. Also, non-negative results are reporting over 6 hours sooner, an improvement of almost 15% from before Pulse rolled out.
This means that drivers are out on the road faster, employees are getting hired sooner, and your organizations can be more profitable on a quicker timeline. Across the board, our clients have been thrilled with the turn-around times’ impact on their bottom line.
More flexibility with collection sites
As promised, Applicant Information has worked diligently this year to integrate with trusted SAMHSA certified laboratories that you know and trust. We started with Quest Diagnostics and have added Alere/eScreen, LabCorp, Omega, Psychemedics, with other laboratories on the roadmap for 2019. This means that our clients have more flexibility when choosing their services and making sure they have access to collection sites they prefer and results they can trust. By integrating with these labs, results come directly through one portal for simple, straight-forward storage, giving you a one-stop shop for all of our scheduled tests and results. We already have plans for making this feature even more exciting for 2019!
Easier tracking of results
Another feature of Pulse that has excited our clients is one that helps with the retention of files. In the past, our results had generic file names that required our clients to rename the files if they chose to download multiple files in one location. Now, our results’ file names include specific information related to the donor, including name, specimen number, type of drug test and so on. This update has freed an untold amount of time that was before spent typing individual names for each file by the user.
This feature was created by feedback from our clients – you speak, we listen! And we continue to welcome your feedback so that we can make this platform the very best it can be at delivering a great experience to you.
